Welcome to the River Region Runners (R3). Formerly the Montgomery Track and Running Club, the organization has expanded to include the entire River Region of Millbrook, Montgomery, Prattville and Wetumpka.

Are you looking for a FUN and FREE 5K event?
Join R3 for a marked 5k (ish) course through the scenic Hamstead community on September 11th.
Everyone is encouraged to wear red, white and blue in honor of Sept 11th.
This event is open to everyone !

- R3 members walked and ran 58,493.37 miles
- 29 of our members reported 1,000+ miles
- 10 of those folks are new to the 1,000-mile club and earned R3 jackets

R3 utilized proceeds from the Jubilee runs to contribute $6000 to the Alabama Sheriffs Youth Ranches.
