Popsicle Push-Up Labor Day Weekend Fun Run
August 30 @ 6:45 AM – 9:00 AM
Join the River Region Runners (R3) Saturday, August 30th, for a fun run of the old Labor Day 8K course or the 2-mile course. After the run, do 10 push-ups (optional) and enjoy a refreshing push-up ice cream treat! Run starts at 7am. All must sign liability form between 6:30 and 6:45. Free event for R3 members and non-members.
