Group Training Runs
Whatever your running goal(s), R3 has a group for you!
Train for specific races with club members – anything from a Boston Marathon to your first 5K!
We have weekly training runs just for hills, and we also have training groups for different distances based on the race schedule.
If you don’t see the type of training run you want on the schedule, just ask in our private Facebook group – you’ll find someone willing to run with you!
Race with Your R3 Buddies
After we train together, we run!
Near or far, short or long, small or large, we try to race them all. Come join us and help support the river region racing community and charity events. As an R3 member, you are also eligible for a DISCOUNT on several races throughout the year.
Be part of a wonderful philanthropic organization. We have contributed thousands to various charities over the years.
Club Meetings and Prizes
Monthly meetings are a mix of business and fun. They are held at local venues to support small businesses.
Annual Lost in Pace awards include towels, mugs, bags, and personalized jackets! Monthly gift cards are also given for the most interesting or funniest Facebook mileage post. Dust off those memes!
Pub Runs and Fun Runs
R3 members enjoy a monthly 5K hosted at local businesses. After you run or walk, plan on staying for laughs and libations with friends!
Members are also invited to a variety of club fun runs throughout the year, including a New Year’s Chili Run with an optional polar bear plunge.
