3rd Annual R3 Dash and Splash

The 3rd Annual R3 Dash and Splash is slated for July 22nd with a start time of 8:00 AM from the palatial Preston estate at 710 Larkin Ct. in Montgomery. The event will include a marked hot and hilly 5K run through the Bellehurst/County Downs neighborhood followed by a refreshingly cool dip in the waters of Lake Preston. At the completion of your jaunt through the neighborhoods, there will be liquid refreshments available that includes water and carbonated hops flavored replenishment fluids. In addition, the grill will be hot to cook some hot dogs, sausage, and chicken. Feel free to bring any additional refreshments/nourishment you would like to enjoy/share after the run!
