IT’S A CELEBRATION!
Make plans to join us this year as we celebrate 20+ years and over 100,000 mammograms! It’s a 5K event like no other. Everyone will be treated to entertainment and merriment along the route for all ages. The fun continues at the Riverfront Celebration with food trucks, a foam pit party, a bubble house, 360 photo booth, the big pink couch, interactive inflatables, glitter tattoos, music and more.
The WALK OF LIFE 5K: The route is a certified 5K, however, official timing will not be provided. Runners are welcome. The 5K will begin promptly at 8:30 AM on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Please arrive at the stage by 7:50. Your race bib provides entry onto the 5K course & Riverfront Celebration and must be worn at all times during the 5K event. If you are not participating in the 5K event, you’ll need to purchase a Riverfront Celebration TICKET to join the festivities in Riverfront Park.
STARTING LINE: The roundabout near the Biscuits Stadium connecting Tallapoosa Street, Coosa Street & West Jefferson Street.
FINISH LINE: Commerce Street near SaZa Restaurant and The Renaissance Hotel.
